Four-stroke engine

It features a single-cylinder, four-stroke engine with the legendary toughness that XRs are known for, which provides excellent fuel efficiency and a wide powerband.

Long-travel front suspension

The bike's fork is perfectly balanced, offering just the right amount of suspension travel to absorb the bumps and rocks on a dirt road or trail. It's not so much that the seat height becomes too high, but enough to ensure a comfortable ride.

Pro-Link® rear suspension

Honda Pro-Link® rear suspension system ensures a comfortable ride with maximum wheel control. Soft initial rates absorb small bumps, while stiffer rates resist bottoming over rougher surfaces.

Front disc brake

The front disc brake offers excellent stopping power. The drilled disc rotor is designed for improved wet-weather performance and reduced weight.

17-inch rear wheel

The 17-inch rear wheel provides better ride quality and superior sidewall protection compared to smaller wheels. It also offers a wide range of on- or off-road tire options.

19-inch front wheel

The 19-inch front wheel rolls better over uneven surfaces than a smaller wheel, giving you a wide choice of tires for different riding conditions.

Steel frame

Similar to its larger counterpart, the XR650L, this bike's steel frame is built to withstand the rigors of off-road travel.

Sealed battery

There are less maintenance issues even after an off-road tip-over; the sealed battery provides enough power for the electric starter and is protected from vibrations caused by off-road riding.

Our XR650L is known for its legendary status in the dual-sport world, and in terms of style, this bike is nearly its twin – the white version especially.

Street-legal features

Although it is a great off-road bike, it is also designed for street use, with features like turn signals, a license-plate light, mirrors, a speedometer, and folding footpegs for a passenger.
